Shipping Policy

Processing Time ALL orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping (5-7 business days): calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business days): calculated at checkout

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States. Shipping cost are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, uni will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Emerald Collaboration is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. if you package arrives damaged, please contact us at EmeraldCollaboration@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
